How to Fix DIGIBox Wi-Fi Connection Issues
1. DIGIBox Won't Connect to Wi-Fi
Step 1: Restart Your DIGIBox
The first thing you should try is to turn off and restart your DIGIBox. This simple step can often solve minor connectivity issues.
Step 2: Adjust Your Router's Encryption Settings
If restarting doesn't resolve the issue, try changing your router's encryption settings to "None" (unsecured) and attempt to connect again. If the connection works, you can reset your router's password and encryption settings, and reconnect your DIGIBox to the secured network.
Step 3: Test with a Mobile Hotspot
If the above steps don't work, use a mobile device with a stable internet connection to create a Wi-Fi hotspot. Connect your DIGIBox to the hotspot. If it connects successfully, there may be an issue with your router. In this case, consider replacing your router or troubleshooting it further.
Additionally, if you are still having trouble, you can contact our customer support team and provide your DIGIBox's MAC address. Our technicians can remotely upgrade your device. After the upgrade is complete, simply perform an OTA (Over-The-Air) update on your DIGIBox, and your issue should be resolved.
2. Wi-Fi Shows Connected, But There's No Internet
Step 1: Restore Factory Settings
If your DIGIBox D3 Plus is showing as connected to Wi-Fi but there's no internet, try restoring the device to its factory settings.
Step 2: Test with a Mobile Hotspot
If the problem persists, use a mobile device to create a Wi-Fi hotspot and connect your DIGIBox to the hotspot. If it connects successfully, the issue may be with your router. We recommend replacing your router in this case.

3. Wi-Fi List is Empty
Step 1: Check Wi-Fi Function on Your Phone
First, make sure that your phone can detect nearby Wi-Fi networks. If your phone detects Wi-Fi networks, proceed to power cycle (turn off and on) your DIGI TV Box.
Step 2: Restart DIGIBox
After restarting, if the Wi-Fi list is still empty, try restoring the factory settings on your DIGIBox.
Step 3: Contact the Seller
If the Wi-Fi list is still empty after trying all of the above steps, please contact the seller for further assistance.

We hope these steps help you resolve your DIGIBox Wi-Fi issues. If you continue to experience problems, feel free to reach out to our customer support team. We are committed to providing you with the best experience!
