Fight Like a Mother”: What to Expect from Ginny & Georgia Season 3 on Netflix

The long wait is finally over, Peaches. Ginny & Georgia Season 3 lands on Netflix on June 5, and it promises to be the most explosive season yet. After that jaw-dropping Season 2 finale, where Georgia Miller (Brianne Howey) was arrested in the middle of her fairy-tale wedding, fans have been counting the days to see how the Miller family survives the fallout. Spoiler alert: it won’t be pretty, but it will be powerful.

The Stakes Have Never Been Higher
Season 3 picks up right where we left off: Georgia in the back of a police car, charged with murder. With an ankle monitor and a looming trial, she’s facing consequences that even she might not be able to charm her way out of. “Georgia is pushed to her limits this season,” Howey told Tudum. “She has to survive scenarios she’s never had to survive before.”

The emotional core of the series remains the complicated mother-daughter relationship between Georgia and Ginny (Antonia Gentry). As Georgia faces prison time, the pressure falls squarely on Ginny and her little brother Austin (Diesel La Torraca), who are desperate to keep their family together.

A New Chapter for Ginny
This season, we’ll see Ginny grow up fast. “She’s coming into her own, accepting her decisions and standing by them,” says Gentry. No more hiding, no more guilt — Ginny is learning to own her power and make hard choices, even when it means stepping out of her mother’s shadow.

A Season That Blows It All Up
Show creator Sarah Lampert describes Season 3 as the show’s “most ambitious and explosive” yet. “The characters were pushed to new places,” she says, “and the actors delivered performances that shook me to my core.” New showrunner Sarah Glinski adds, “This season, we’ll see the relationship between Ginny and Georgia evolve in unexpected ways. These women don’t start and end the season as the same people.”

Behind the Scenes
Season 3 was filmed in Toronto from April to August 2024, and the cast is proud of what they’ve accomplished. “It’s always bittersweet to finish a season,” Gentry says. “I just want to see what we’ve created — and see if people love it.”

What’s Next?
With Ginny & Georgia already renewed for Season 4, the story is far from over. Creator Lampert confirms that the arcs for both seasons were planned together, so Season 3 is just the beginning of a bigger, bolder phase for the Miller family.

So buckle up, Peaches. Whether it’s courtroom battles, family heartbreak, or teenage rebellion, this season is set to shake Wellsbury to its core. As the show’s tagline reminds us: when the situation calls for it, fight like a mother
